In our day to day life, we often come across situations which are more or less stressful. We take them too seriously and more than often end up over thinking about it and making it much bigger and bitter than it was at the very beginning.
We all have our own past experiences that have taught us something or the other. The issue arises when we go to another person who has not yet faced a similar situation in their lives. Now when you tell that person about the situation then that person would react according to his/her past experiences which unfortunately isn’t similar to your situation. So now when that person gives you an advice, it would purely be based on their experiences and can or cannot be useful to you.
So what should a person do when he/she face a tough situation?
Well that’s a very good question. I won’t say that I am an expert in this but I have helped a lot of people in my life so I can tell you one thing for sure and that is,
“Ask yourself for a solution because no one else can answer a question when they don’t have the whole picture in front of them”
I know this sounds a bit too philosophical or rather shitty but think it this way, “If you have a problem then you also have a solution.”
Sometimes the solution is clear and sometimes it is beyond the fog of self doubt and low self confidence. So in the latter case, talk to someone who has experienced such situations and had successfully come out of it. They won’t be able to solve the problem but they surely would push you in the right direction.
Now sometimes one does not have such people around them so what should they do?
The answer is simple, don’t look at others but just pen it down. This won’t solve the problem but wouldn’t hurt to let out all the negative vibes. Then destroy that piece of paper and now think about the solution instead of the problem.
I hope this long passage will help atleast a single person, in some or the other way.
